And I haven't even posted about my Xmas gifts yet!
Well, lemme remedy that right here and now because some loverlies gifted me with some loverly gifts and I think they're worthy of an internet share.
I received a healthy handful of wonderful gifts
this year last year, but I'm going to post a few that two ladies dearest to my heart gave to me.
My
Dahling sister had mailed me a charming "Massachusetts" pendant necklace back in September for my birthday and I fell in love with it. I was thrilled to receive this "Oregon" one over Christmas. I hope to live in more states so I can collect a slew of these
Kris Nations pieces (I've got my eye on you New York)!
Marissa is quite the DIY, crafty, I-make-things-all-the-time queen. So, needless to say, I was looking forward to untying her gifts to me.
Her projects never cease to amaze me and I am so lucky she was inspired to make this
tie inspired by a Hill-Side one we were checking out! Hers rocks way harder though. I mean, it's wool felt. I'll have an outfit post with it soon!
She also gave me the greatest sketchbook. Ever.
Seriously.
I want to wear it.
Like, in skirt form?
I just can't get over the cover.
She also reached out to the very talented
Carl for another gift. (I know, what? She gave me way too much.)
Anyway, he made this beautiful braided leather bracelet.
I had been coveting the arms of my nearest and dearest for a couple of years since they ALL had one on their wrist. Well, now I'm one of the cool kids. A branded one, no less.
Am I lucky, or what?
Cheers!
